Good News/Bad News
Well...good news or bad news first...okay, good first. The house now has the front yard landscaping in and we love it! We are the luckiest home owners on in the whole develoment because we have the largest front yard! It will be great for playing out front and interacting with our neighbors. It will also be great for Andy to decorate our home for the holidays. He and his dad used to go all out when he was growing up and I know he is looking forward to doing that with our home. My mom and us kids used to go all out with the inside of the home...so, it will be perfect. okay, for the bad news...We found mold in our home when we walked through last weekend. Fortunately we found it early and they acted quickly. It should all be repaired and not affect our close date of the end of this month. I guess the humidity was so high due to the rainy weather and some of the sheet rock may have been dampened. Needless to say they have to take all sheet rock with mold down and replace it. I am pleased with there fast action. Here is the most recent look at the front yard.

Cari and Andy, Love your blogger, love your stories and all the pictures. Cari you have a gift on writing these stories so I know you will have a great and successful time with your correspondence course. Congratulations again on making Master Sargent on the first try and yes more pay goes with added responsibilities. Keep talking about babies, we are ready when you all are.
